Terms of service
Luopan Studio ("we", "us") is an online studio based in Taipei, Taiwan, offering digital feng shui and Chinese astrology content. By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
What we sell
All products are digital: personalized charm images, PDF reports, calendars and memberships. Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email to the address you provide, within 24 hours, and usually much sooner. If you don't receive your order, check your spam folder, then contact us at [email protected].
Personal use
Charm designs, reports, text and images are original works of Luopan Studio. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself, or to give it as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute or use it commercially.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it, or upload other people's photos without their consent. Face readings are for adults uploading their own photo only.

Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what we need to deliver your order: your email address, the name and birthday you enter for a personalized product or temple request, your shipping address for physical items, and your order details from PayPal. Birthdays for temple requests are used only for that request. If you join the Lucky List, we keep your email address and, if you share it, your zodiac sign.
Photos
Photos uploaded for palm, face or room readings are used for that one reading and are not stored by Luopan Studio.
How we use it
To create and deliver your products, answer your questions, and, only if you opted in, send our monthly email. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Who processes it
PayPal handles payments. Our email provider delivers messages. Our AI readings are generated by an AI model; the text you type is sent to it to produce your reading.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and ask us to see or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's local storage only for conveniences, such as remembering your free reading. We don't use advertising trackers.
