Orders, delivery and refunds
When do I get my digital download?
Right after payment. Charms, calendars and reports download instantly and are also sent to your email. If anything goes wrong, write to us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Do you ship physical charms?
No. All of our charms are digital: high-resolution images for your phone, computer or printer, delivered by email. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping fees.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products: if a file doesn't work or isn't what was described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Do you keep the photos I upload?
No. Photos for palm, face and room readings are used for that one reading and are not saved by Luopan Studio. Face readings are for adults uploading their own photo only.
Is Master Luo a real person?
Master Luo is our AI guide, and his portrait and videos are AI-generated. Our customer support team are real people in Taipei.
